Buying a Handbag
At Luxury In Reach, trust within our community is everything. We acknowledge that sellers of counterfeit handbags are out there, and we have dedicated ourselves to the art of authentication.
As soon as we receive a bag, our top authenticators immediately use their advanced knowledge and top end AI technology, such as Entrupy, to oversee the authentication process. Whether it’s the material, stamping, date codes or serial numbers, our team is dedicated to making sure that each bag is 100% authentic.
A recent Supreme Court decision allows states to collect state taxes from online businesses located in other states. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the tax rate based on the shipping address zip code. Please note that a customer requested shipping address change may result in a new sales tax charge, which may be higher. Orders must be paid in full to be shipped.
Luxury in Reach does not currently accept tax exemption cards, as we do not have a way to verify this information to ensure tax exemption can be honored.
Because of the nature of our business, we only stock one of each SKU.
Items left in checkout will be cleared out every 2 hours. If an item is sold while it is in your cart, checkout will also become unavailable.

Luxury In Reach business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Once we receive your order, your item/items will be shipped within 48 business hours.
We use FedEx shipping company. We offer Ground, 2 day, and Overnight shipping.

- 2 Day Shipping: $24.99
- Overnight Shipping: $50.00
While shipments may be scheduled for a certain time, we cannot ensure that deliveries will be on time. Once your package leaves the Luxury In Reach warehouse, we no longer have control over the situation, such as weather conditions, or any delays involving FedEx.

Selling Your Handbag
The most important things to us are our relationships with our customers and the trust we share. Our products must meet not only our high standards, but those of our customers. We take that responsibility very seriously.
What we look for to determine the condition of the bags:
- Corner wear
- Tear/scratches in leather
- Patinated handles/watermarks
- Scratches or chips on hardware
- Any sort of discoloration or stains anywhere on bag
- Strong odor
By visiting our Sell Your Handbag page and submitting an offer request. We generally respond within 24 hours.
Although we do enjoy walk-ins, we suggest you make an appointment so that you are given the level of service you deserve. Please look under “Contact us” for the best way to make an appointment and to see our location.
What we take into consideration when buying a bag:
– Current retail price (Is it sold out?)
The bag is not authentic.
If the bag has worn corners, tears in the leather or scratches on the hardware. If the bag is an older model, and currently not in high demand.
Luxury In Reach does not accept any items that are not 100% authentic. If you send us a bag that is not authentic you must pay a $50 return fee, otherwise the counterfeit item will be destroyed.
Once you receive a quote from us, your quote will remain in your Luxury In Reach account for 30 days. Once those 30 days are up, if you have yet to accept or deny, the quote will expire and you will need to resubmit.
