For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex GMT-Master II. This 16760 will be accompanied by Rolex double boxes, but no paperwork is included. The glossy black ‘Swiss T<25’ dial has ringed tritium plot markers, Mercedes hands with applied tritium, a red GMT hand, and date aperture at three o’clock. All the tritium on the dial has aged into a cream-colored patina. The satin finished stainless steel case is affixed with a bidirectional GMT bezel that has a red and black aluminum insert giving this GMT Master-II the moniker “Coke.” This 9 million serial Rolex circa 1987 is mounted on a stamped J2 on the clasp confirming the 1980’s production time. The bezel has some small imperfections commensurate with the age of this piece notably at 14 and 2. The bracelet is in 75% or better condition with some stretch present however it is free from scratches and the coronet on the clasp as well as the crown are sharp and well defined. As currently configured, this bracelet can accommodate a wrist size 7-inches with micro adjustment through the clasp and has two removable links. This GMT-Master II is powered by the automatic self-winding 3085 “Fat Lady” movement with approximately 48 hours of power reserve. This movement was produced between 1983-1989.
